Mark is the Co-Founder and CEO of ARCET Global. A Leader in creating engaging content led events and Building CX Communities across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Mark’s focus is on building more engaging Event concepts along with assisting clients on the next stage of their journey to excellence. His entire career has been centred on Customer Experience from being product manager of the The International Standard for Service Excellence to becoming a successful serial entrepreneur. Mark's first business was set up in Dubai in 2013 with his latest venture, ARCET Global, having a footprint in Dubai, the UK and in the US too.

ASLAN PATOV
CEO, Renascence

Aslan is a founder and head of advisory @ Renascence. He is an author of a Customer Experience framework, Customer Experience coach, speaker, choice architect & advocate of behavioural science. Helping brands bring clarity into processes, environments and decisions. Years of leading behavioural research in Geometry Global and Ogilvy in London and Dubai offices pushed him to re-think the way customers needs & experiences are approached. It became fundamental in establishing Renascence and successfully engaging with the region's leading brands like Emaar, Meraas, Dubai Properties, Chalhoub Group & others. He has depth in Real Estate, Financial Services, and other industries.

LINA YAHYA
Executive Vice President - Customer Excellence & Protection, RAKBANK

Lina Yahya joined RAKBANK in 2003 and has held several managerial positions within the Bank before becoming the Head of Service Excellence in November 2015. In the past four years, she was a key player in redefining the customer experience strategy and service quality goals and objectives into a journey of excellence. She partnered with both internal and external stakeholders including the Dubai Economic Department, to help build an ethos of customer focus and engagement across various channels through the implementation of various programmes and initiatives.

MARIA MUÑOZ ESTEVAN
Director of Special Projects, talabat

With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning the aviation, aerospace, construction, design, and operations sectors across the Middle East and Europe, Maria is a seasoned professional serving as the Director of Special Projects at talabat. Holding PMP certification, Maria brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Since 2020, she has spearheaded talabat's presence at Expo 2020 as well as leading innovative projects such as robot and drone deliveries. Maria holds a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
