Across his career Hussein served as a Regional CEO for Aramex in the gulf region and a Managing Director for UPS in the middle east. Prior to this, Hussein served as a full-time advisor at the UAE’s Prime Minister’s Office in Dubai where he worked very closely with the federal government services team in developing and transforming government services across channels together with improving the resident experience while bridging between the Public and the Private sectors.

He’s an established author, penning a series of articles on VAT for the UAE published in The National and contributing to international platforms like Bloomberg and The Telegraph. David’s expertise encompasses VAT, finance, project management, business turnaround, treasury, audit, IT systems & ERP, business process re-engineering, and contract negotiations.
