SANDRA THOMPSON
Founder, EI Evolution

Sandra is the first Goleman Emotional Intelligence (EI) coach in the UK. She’s also a lecturer at a business school in London. Sandra was a CX practitioner and then became a consultant and trainer in customer experience and employee experience in 2010. She recently started advising on effective remote work and EI.

Sandra runs a postgrad Applied Customer Experience and EI course and hosts annual learning events like the Ei Evolution Summit featuring people like Dr. Lisa Feldman Barrett and Dr. Daniel Goleman. Sandra’s a co-author and she gave her first TEDx in October 2020.
