She is a trusted advisor at group and local conglomerates on sensitive strategic people and business agenda; and active worked her way to an Independent Board Member for ARCET Global and UAE Genetics Association.

A credible board member and commercially focused decision maker championing differentiation through commercial transformation. She has an upper hand of leading business cycles- 3 start ups, 3 right sizing, 2 mergers, 1 divestment.

She offers over 15 years of Organization and Human Capital progressive experience; being versatile and a sharp leader she has been instrumental in reducing company’s risk through growth and restructuring stratagems.

Humbly Naila is a highly accomplished woman of many firsts. She held the position of being the first youngest Emirati Female Air Traffic Controller at Dubai Aviation followed on by being the first Retail Site Manager at Emirates National Oil Company. Naila is the Diversity and Inclusion Champion leading groups D & I ambitious plans in GCC and Executive Committee member for the global Professional Women’s Network, setting up the Dubai chapter; empowering women and men collaboration to building stronger communities.

She holds a MSc in Psychology from Middle Sex University UK and a CIPD Associate.
