Serim Consulting, has been serving Financial Services, Telecommunications and Air Travel industries since 2010.

Vice President, UJET

Mamoun is the Vice President of for South Europe, MEA & India. 16-year customer experience (CX) industry veteran. Prior to Mamoun worked in Cisco as the leader for Customer Experience Management solutions covering Europe & MEA, prior to that was the director for customer engagement solutions @ Avaya. His Entire Career Mamoun’s work in CX domain with wealth of knowledge about how to best leverage technology to help organizations transform their customer experiences and contact centers. Mamoun focuses on building the the right partners in each region to bring differentiated technology to each market to help businesses realize their CX goals through technology like: CCaaS, AI, Analytics and help them transform the way they engage with their customers


Mark is the Co-Founder and CEO of ARCET Global. A Leader in creating engaging content led events and Building CX Communities across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Mark’s focus is on building more engaging Event concepts along with assisting clients on the next stage of their journey to excellence. His entire career has been centred on Customer Experience from being product manager of the The International Standard for Service Excellence to becoming a successful serial entrepreneur. Mark's first business was set up in Dubai in 2013 with his latest venture, ARCET Global, having a footprint in Dubai, the UK and in the US too.

Chief Operating Officer, UJET

As UJET’s Chief Operating Officer, Vasili Triant oversees all Go To Market activities including Sales, Channel, Alliances, and Customer Success. Triant brings more than 20 years of experience in Telecoms, Unified Communications (UC), and Contact Center industries, having previously served as VP/GM of Contact Center at Cisco, where he achievedthe fastest growth in over a decade through a focus on global alliances and enterprise cloud-readiness.
