Additional expertise includes Lean Six Sigma and Professional Coaching as certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Working as a business manager, consultant and advisor for over 15 years in industries ranging from; Infrastructure Construction; Oil & Gas; Technology industries; Telecoms; Banking; Manufacturing and Business Education. Most recently as Global Customer Excellence Manager for ABB Robotics, she created the vision and strategic implementation of a Customer Quality Experience transformation program in over 50 countries, touching over 6000 employees.
