For more than 20 years he has worked with multi-national firms in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific to develop their market-focus capabilities and business strategies. He has had Visiting Professor appointments at several universities including INSEAD (France), Cranfield (England) and the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia). Linden has published 14 books on management, marketing and strategy.

Sean Crichton-Browne for the past 5 years has been helping companies strengthen their customer-centric culture across the world. He has wide business experience in how companies develop a focus around customers that helps them to grow and prosper. Sean's role at MarketCulture is customer and partner engagement. His expertise has come from being on the front line with a deep knowledge and experience in sales and sales management. Prior to joining MarketCulture, Sean owned and managed his own solutions company for more than 25 years in Sydney. Sean works with MarketCulture clients and accredited partners to identify their needs and what solutions are relevant to satisfying those needs. Sean also has an expertise in speaking and workshop facilitation.

NIGEL OWEN
Chief Communications Officer, ARCET Global

An expert communications strategist with 24 years’ experience spread across the UK, Europe, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Nigel has a proven record of delivering engaging communications strategies, using a range of channels to influence stakeholders across a variety of audiences. Previously, Nigel led Internal Communications and PR teams for one of the UK’s biggest global brands (The Royal Bank of Scotland Group) and most recently provided communications strategy for the first bank merger in Saudi Arabia (SABB). Nigel has acted as a strategic communications consultant for technology firms Reaktor and Digital of things, helping establish their brands in new markets and lead the debate on topics such as digital transformation, innovation and AI. His work with UAE telecom du helped promote adoption of their digital services and win the Dubai Smart City contract. Nigel has also worked with Dubai Government to promote global best practice in the region’s real estate sector.
